created in 2001 in software format.

Riain, a founding Director was
then running a successful sales organization
and found that the use of behavioral
interviewing was improving his effective
hire rate substantially.
While wanting to use behavioral interview
for all positions, it was extremely costly employing
consultants to create the interviews
for positions which needed different
competences and for changing competencies
for each job as the organization progressed.
Hence, the idea for a software program
which would cover most competencies with professionally
crafted behavioral type Questions and
output the data in professional easy-to-use
interview sheets and guides.
So with the help of
P.J. Collins, who
had over 10 years experience as a qualified
behavioral consultant, the process began.
After about 18 months of hard work with
our team of graduate writers and
talented coders, Interview Creator
came on the market.
In 2006, it was decided to make our
product available online, as this would
enable us to update the content daily and
make it easier for users to use.
In Dec 2006, Interview Creator Online was
online. Interview Creator is owned by
